Preparation

Here are a few suggestions to help you get the most out of your smoked turkey. Keep it refrigerated if you plan on serving it in four or five days. Put it in the freezer if you want to keep it longer than that. When you're ready to serve, thaw for one day in the refrigerator, then brush with melted butter and place in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to bring back that golden smoked color.
