Wrap a piece of bacon around your Polk's Beef Frank and secure the bacon with a toothpick. Cook it on a grill for 3 to 5 minutes. Flip on other side to cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes to ensure that the bacon is evenly cooked. Feel free to brush with BBQ sauce and cook for additional minute. Take off the grill and remove the toothpicks. Place each bacon wrapped frank in a bun, sprinkle your choice of shredded cheese on the top and drizzle BBQ sauce on top. Cook in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Take out and serve warm.
